Payments
We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, cash and money orders. If redeeming a gift voucher, the voucher number is required at
the time of booking. Cancellation Policy A $20 deposit is required to secure bookings less than 1 hour in duration and $50 deposit is required to secure bookings greater
than 1 hour duration. This can be done over the phone by credit card.
We kindly request 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations to bookings. Your deposit will be held for your next booking or refunded.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice or failure to attend appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
The deposit is fully refundable if this criteria is met, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% is charged. |
